Connect With Your Creative Genius

Your Inner Compass

In this age of infobesity or information overload, we have daily access to billions of bits of information, inspiration and possibilities like never before. It’s so easy to get lost in other people’s perspectives, projections and tempting possibilities. The resulting confusion and pressure can create high levels of tension in our bodies and stress in our lives that seem impossible to address. On top of that, our global and local societies are changing fast.

How can you navigate unchartered territory in times of great uncertainty and change? For starters, when you know what lights you up, what comes naturally to you and the energy of your Sacred Space, you start to get a felt sense in your body of who you are and what works for you.

Once you locate this sense and move toward what lights you up and away from everything that doesn’t, you’re well on your way to navigating your life from your Inner Compass. This Inner Compass of yours becomes an invaluable asset to help you make choices aligned with your Genius, rather than having you compromise your values to go along with the status quo.

What is your Inner Compass?

Simply put, it’s your body’s internal yes/no meter! Your Inner Compass is a body-centered approach to moving toward what is true for you ~ and moving away from what is not.

Using your Inner Compass is a powerful way for you to know if you’re getting closer to living true to you and your Creative Genius or not.

YOUR BODY is like a cat’s whiskers, highly tuned to the energetic frequencies in your internal and external environments.
In combination with your awareness, your body can guide you through almost anything.

Many of us have been schooled to go to the mind to make choices in life. But that doesn’t honor the richness of what your body and your awareness knows. When you listen to your body’s yes/no, you can get true-to-you, in the moment input on what choice to make that honors you.

Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.
