Activate Your Breathing

Listen to this Breathing Activation where Sabine talks about the difference between stressful breathing and health-inducing everyday breathing.

Breathe in for a count of 5.5 seconds in through the nose (and down into the belly/diaphragm) and breathe 5.5 seconds out through the nose (emptying the diaphragm). This is key to healthy breathing. 

When you let go of mouth breathing as a standard and replace it with breathing slowly through the nose and down into your diaphragm, you’ll reduce tension, stress and anxiety so much so, that you won’t even recognize yourself!
