During this 5 hour program, Brenda will introduce you to and guide you through the transformative process of the Dyad Self Inquiry: an age old practice which is an opportunity to inquire deeply into one’s True nature and to communicate from that place of presence.
It is also an opportunity to hone our listening and presence skills as we support others through our deep attention and space-holding.
As great challenge and change swirls around us in the outer world, it seems more vital than ever before to return to the wisdom of the heart; to access our powerful ability to affect change within our own Being and therefore in the world.
Join Brenda for a day where we tend to our own inner transformation and support others as they tend to theirs.
THE DYAD PROCESS
In the process of Dyad Self-Inquiry (developed by Charles and Ava Berner in the 1960’s) we sit across from another person, taking turns being the “listener” and the “speaker”.
Various inquiry questions are contemplated by the speaking partner while the listening partner holds non-judgemental, silent, deep listening space. After a 5 minute bell sounds, the partners switch roles.
The afternoon will also be sprinkled with mantra singing, inspiring sharing and meditation.
The retreat day will have a maximum of 12 participants, so be sure to register early.
