  1. Be aware of and honour your natural rhythms – when stressed, breathe and smile :)
  2. Be aware of and honour life’s natural rhythms – notice when you try to catch the crystal before it falls or after it has fallen. Notice synchronicities this week.
  3. Contemplate how you “use” your Life’s Work shadow to separate yourself from yourself and life and from being in touch what is actually going on. Jot down your findings and be prepared to share.
  4. Play … when you fall into judging yourself … add some humour! Don’t take yourself so seriously ;-)
